Who are we?
Lean Strategies Group, LLC is an independent consulting firm. It has two principals and a number of experienced associates.
What do we do?
Lean Strategies Group leads, instructs, and jump-starts companies in becoming lean in their manufacturing, product development, and/or supplier relations activities.
How do we do it?
Lean Strategies Group teaches by doing. It believes in hands-on involvement, using highly experienced experts. It works with you in developing your lean strategy, prioritizing the needed changes, and implementing them to the point of self-sustaining continuous improvement.
